The Role Responsibilities · The Associate, Legal, GTM COE works closely with a wide range of stakeholders in the bank (e.g. central, product and country legal teams, business teams, product teams and various documentation handling teams) to improve and enhance our Client Documentation Architecture, with a focus around: (i) Managing the templates under the Client Documentation Architecture which involves: - maintenance of templates on our systems with the aim of ensuring consistency across our network. This includes a range of template building / maintenance activities, including involvement in User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ) and other system related activities; - managing roll-out of new / amended templates in line with documentation changes; - supporting the Head, Legal, GTM COE in the review, update and presentation of templates and user guides for the relevant stakeholders; - providing guidance to stakeholders on the Client Documentation Architecture; - coordinating translation with internal and external parties; and - supporting other ad-hoc matters relevant to GTM COE; standardising, controlling and validating our Client Documentation (ii) Architecture templates. · Supporting the Head, Legal, GTM COE with a range of activities, including: - providing advice and, guidance to business units and stakeholders (including Product Legal, Regional Legal and Country Legal teams) on all relevant matters in relation to our Client Documentation Architecture; - global initiatives and / or projects to improve the Client Documentation Architecture, enhance client experience and reviewing our documentation systems; - implementation of processes for the smooth and efficient roll out of the Client Documentation Architecture and other relevant initiatives; - promoting the benefits of the Client Documentation Architecture to stakeholders in the Bank, in face-to-face training sessions and otherwise; - any digitisation initiatives which impact client documentation; - any process efficiency involving our Client Documentation Architecture; - any operational excellence and execution around our Client Documentation Architecture; - evolving the architecture through continued vigilance, validation and assessment of the framework; and - delivering training programmes across the global network, educating business, product and legal teams on the Client Documentation Architecture, processes and templates.
Process, Change and Design
- Provide support to the Head, Legal, GTM COE with any process, change and design related initiatives / projects / general matters impacting GB and CB, where required.

Our Ideal Candidate Experience
Prefer Diploma and above; prior work experience in office environment or administrative role in a legal environment will be a plus;
Prefer a candidate with some experience in the banking industry, including demonstrated success in a similar role and industry engagement / participation. Skills and Qualities
Technical proficiency: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and willingness to learn and use new template management applications;
Fluent in English (Spoken and Written);
Excellent interpersonal skills and multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity
Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
Ability to identify, understand and review processes impacting our client documentation architecture and / or initiatives
Ability to collaborate and work dynamically across group, region, country, business and product stakeholders;
Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to appreciate the importance of how digitisation and technology impacts our documentation systems and framework
