Firm wide Rapid & Urgent Stress Testing (RUST) for key Market Risk Scenarios especially UK/EU led scenarios as Brexit including scenario calibration and execution, working with senior stakeholders
Supporting Key PRA scenarios such as ICAAP, FDSF, responsible for scenario execution and analysis to regulator/ERM queries
Supporting IT developments related to Stress Testing, including design, testing; responsible for socializing and fostering adoption by key stakeholders; working with CRO change on prioritization of IT deliverables
Support and enhance Market Risk Scenario framework for UK Legal entities, including scenario design, execution and limit calibration, working with Risk Heads to incorporate their views; generate supporting documentation
Facing off to key business partners (i.e. Risk Heads, ERM, CRO, Regulatory Risk) to explain, at a level suitable to the stakeholder, movements across key businesses and scenarios
Preparation of high quality presentations for a diverse audience from senior market risk management to other risk functions
Open to discussing flexible/agile working.
Strong knowledge of market risk concepts, investment banking products, with expertise in at least one asset class
Ability to work in a challenging environment; interfacing with senior risk managers & helping meet tight regulatory deadlines
High standard of written English, and experience of producing formal documentation
To be able to operate autonomously, to move a project/task forward and produce an end state product that can be presented to senior management with minimal required revision
Advanced quantitative degree, certifications such as FRM, CFA would be a plus
