We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in academic and extracurricular activities. We are looking for self-motivated, team players who have excellent organisational and communication skills. While a background in finance or accounting is not required, applicants should be comfortable with basic numerical computation. The Clearing Intern provides day-to-day support for either the Clearing Services, Deliveries, or Operations area within Clearing. The incumbent may engage with external customers on a wide range of topics or assist with ongoing projects.
Provide assistance to the team which can include analysing data, generating reports, writing procedurals or updating firm contact information.
Offer input as needed to possible enhancements to existing processes. Suggest ideas to improve the customer experience.
Participate in projects specific to delivery processing, trade processing, repository, or to the systems supporting these activities.
Skills & Software Requirements:
Attend a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a STEM subject;
While a background in finance or accounting is not required, you should be comfortable with numerical computation and have a demonstrable interest in working in financial services;
Microsoft Office required.

Duration 3month - Starting June 2019
40 hours per week
Need to be on site for work in the CME Belfast Office. To qualify for an internship with CME Group you will need to be in study, or with a confirmed place for future study.
