Job Description Role Summary: This post is a post in the Corporate Compliance team of the Legal & Compliance Department, Hong Kong of the Company to provide a unique opportunity to successful candidate to provide expert advice relating to FATCA/CRS and other AML related work and issues
Job Responsibilities: -Provide advices and guidance in relation to FATCA/CRS enquiries from business units and regional counterpart. -Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the regulatory requirements for FATCA/CRS are satisfied. -Review and update operation's procedure manual and guidelines in relation to FATCA/CRS on a regular basis. -Provide advices and guidance in relation to AML related issues. -Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions to business units on a regular basis. -Participate in ad-hoc projects where required. -Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements: -Compliance experience in financial institutions, preferably in the insurance industry. -Knowledge and experience in FATCA/CRS regulations and requirements will be an advantage. -Candidate with no experience in FATCA/CRS regulations and requirements but with experience in risk management and internal audit and professional background (e.g. CPA and CIA) will also be an advantage. -Strong English and Chinese communication skills required. -Able to work with team member and BUs. -Good interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of staff. -Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
