Analyst Top Tier Real Estate PE Fund aquistions (southern EU)

We are working with one of the world's leading Real Estate focused private equity funds to hire an Analyst for their European Acquisitions team in London, with a focus on Southern European investments.

The firm is a global leader in Real Estate private equity and has a broad and flexible pan-European investment mandate. Target investments include the acquisition of opportunistic (high risk / return) direct Real Estate assets and portfolios, corporate private equity investments in the Real Estate sector and the acquisition of Real Estate backed non-performing loan / distressed debt portfolios.

The culture at the firm is great, and as a junior there you will be given lots of responsibility and develop quickly.

Candidates must have 1 to 3 years experience in Real Estate Investment Banking and be able to demonstrate superior analytical, quantitative and technical skills.

It is a requirement of this role to have full business fluency in either Spanish, Italian or Portuguese languages.
