Citi has a valuable Consumer franchise across the Asia Pacific & EMEA region. The Sales and Distribution organization was formed in 2010 with the intent of re-engineering our sales architecture and creation of a large, economically viable multi product sales force that would be high quality, insourced and productive. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the continued implementation of Asia Sales Strategy.
This role is mainly responsible for:
Oversight and management of Insurance Sales and Distribution organization covering primarily face to face branch sales, telesales and support for alternate channels (digital, Mobile IS)
Developing a sales strategy that drives strong growth, increase RM productivity and increase focus on protection and profitability
Work with Strategic Partners to leverage their expertise in Insurance product development, differentiation and learning and development to ensure sales platform has a strong foundation in Protection and is able to introduce this into a holistic wealth management discussion
