Opus Talent Solutions have partnered with a Global Insurance Firm who are looking to add talent to their Strategy team focusing on Strategic Initiatives for all their Corporate Activity for Asia.
As the Manager for Strategy M&A, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across Asia including acquisitions, partnerships, entry to new markets, setting up new joint ventures and disposals.
You will be responsible for though not limited to;
Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to identify any strategic initiatives for the Group including organic and inorganic projects.
Manage and support corporate activities and drive the entire end to end process.
Develop the right strategies by working in partnership with project sponsors.
Support Directors with project coordination, qualitative and quantitative analysis, report writing and market research.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have proven M&A experience coming from either a Consulting Firm or Strategy House. You will also possess the following skills and capabilities;
Proven Transaction Services experience having demonstrated at least 5-8 years working for Consultancy, Strategy House or In-house Strategy Team.
Insurance domain knowledge will be an advantage though not essential.
Strong financial analytical skills with proven ability to build financial models and demonstrate ability to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.
Strong communication skills in English as you will be partnering and communicating technical terms to non-technical stakeholders.
