We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Client Selection and Exit Management Manager.
Manage the execution of the Client Selection and Exit Management process in an operationally effective manner using an automated tool and facilitate the production of associated Management Information for management purposes
Support the ongoing development and improvement of Strategic workflow tool for Client Selection and Exit Management process
Liaise with counterparts to share and implement best practices, where appropriate
Execute role with a level of autonomy while being mindful of when to seek guidance and approval
Maintain and observe all HSBC control standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal and external auditors and external regulators and the escalation of concerns to management as appropriate with regard to timely remediation.
Supports the Reputational Risk and Client Selection Committee secretariat responsibilities as applicable in order to facilitate local execution of Client Selection and Exit Management governance
Degree in accountancy, business background or related discipline
Understanding and experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry. Compliance, risk management, governance, and client management experience a plus
Understanding of Private Banking objectives and operating model as well as Group policies and standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience engaging with individuals in senior roles to achieve objectives using appropriate communication and planning skills
Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines and be change oriented
Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across the Group
