Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this dedicated team in the role of Regional Head of Transformation Asia Pacific, Group Human Resources.
Ensure that the implementation of the transformation is effectively led and managed (by HSBC, working in close conjunction with all relevant internal and external parties).
Obtain buy-in from and influence senior management and stakeholders from all relevant areas (establishing and maintaining sponsorship) for all key HR transformation initiatives.
Support regional leadership in managing and leading the transformation in the regions/countries through effective deployment of resource - whilst also ensuring inputs from the Regions/Countries into the strategic transformation planning effort.
Ensure clear and concise short and long term plans are in place for all significant transformation programmes running within the department.
Actively manage and co-ordinate the programme roadmap(s) for all transformation initiatives, ensuring effective change control is in place keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed outcomes and benefits.
Ensure effective tracking of all strategic transformation initiatives - including risks/issues/dependency management internal and external to HR (as appropriate).
Assess the impact of the transformation initiatives on benefit realisation and take action to minimise negative impacts.
Proven track record in managing and delivering complex transformational initiatives.
Detailed and demonstrable ability to create and drive large-scale programmatic change in large organisations.
Knowledge of the Global businesses and broad understanding of the role of HR in an organisation.
Excellent negotiation and time management skills, with the ability to manage and resolve issues.
Ability to leverage resources available to achieve goals, resulting in high-performing teams.
Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
