We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Customer Communications.
Perform overall project management of product related form artifacts and collaterals from idea and requirement formulation, key stakeholders engagement, execution of development plan through to ensure the successful implementation
Develop and deliver product communications including product brochures, concept flyers, factsheets and forms, for various kinds of projects ranging from new product launch, existing product enhancement and ad hoc request of changes
Implement and maintain all internal guidelines and external regulations or audit to ensure they are up to date and fully adhered to various regulations and audit standards
Support new and in force product initiatives from defining scope of work to driving and delivering core deliverables
Work closely with all key stakeholders from Group and Local Office and related teams to ensure proper product initiative delivery across all channels with proper clearance
Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Heads of respective business growth initiatives to ensure proper alignment in terms of consistency, time, quality and resources
Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the development of product communications
Ensure all the product communications and development are adhered to established development processes and policies and aligned to brand values
Understand all product offerings and transform them into customer friendly selling propositions and communications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business studies with a background in life insurance industry is a must
Relevant experience in a life insurance product or marketing role, ideally has worked for a banking or financial institution with past track record in the development of product related collaterals or campaigns to different customer segments via multiple traditional and digital sales distribution channels
Strong product knowledge in life insurance or wealth management products
Proven analytical, planning and strategic management experience within a product, marketing and strategy function or equivalent
Proven experience of supporting to a diversified team with multiple objectives
Highly effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
High levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to influence and engage in a positive and inspiring manner
Ability to translate technical product offerings into customer friendly selling propositions
Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English, is a must
