Deliver and implement target outcomes and objectives across various initiatives and programs under Client Management Group including Client Management Group Deployments including IT, Business Process Re engineering, Process and Activity Optimization and Streamlining, Regulatory Change on Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, Client Consent, Trade Reporting, Remediation, Global Standards and Offshoring
Build positive relationships with key stakeholders, Client Management Group management, Banking Business and Functional Leads across the region
Champion a strong culture of sustainable change which caters for continuous improvement for ongoing business
Experience in project management in financial institutions, with sound understanding of project management methodologies, approaches, processes and tools
Strong analytical and delivery skills
Strong leadership skills with positive attitude
Proven track record of leading projects from initiation to delivery
Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven ability to tailor messages relevant to different levels and areas of the organization
Proven track record of working closely with key business users both client facing and back office across Asia Pacific
Confident in managing working and senior level stakeholders across Asia Pacific
Prior experience working with diverse and geographically dispersed business teams
Extensive experience managing projects in a global environment preferably in shared services, client onboarding and account maintenance
Operational and control experience gained in Investment Banking environment preferred
Demonstrate ability to collaborate successfully within a matrix organization model
Independent, highly motivated and proactive self starter
Flexible worker who demonstrates adaptability and ability to operate across various contexts, organizational and cultural, within dynamic project environments
