We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Trading Associate .
Knowledge in GFXO budget, Exotics trading budget, Asia sales budgets
This role contributes to the overall revenue generation, market share and brand equity objectives of the GFXO group
The role holder has the authority to make prices and trade with counterparties in the market too offset or add to current positions in order to generate revenue
The role holder must maintain positions with set market and credit limits
The role involves, to a large extent, working within a fast moving FX market, therefore the role holder also needs to be able to function under pressure
Being able to handle the pressures of a trading role and efficiently price and risk manage positions
Is aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with the role and acts in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations
Degree of knowledge when dealing with counterparties, ability to price positions correctly, create ideas
Be able to help with Document Type Definition management and duties of books, including all murex operations and spreadsheet and client updates
Be able to explain risks and Profit and Loss in books, deal properly with brokers and counterparties
Basic Trading knowledge
Degree in a numerical or quantitative subject
Strong communication skills
Strong verbal reasoning
