We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Quality Assurance Officer.
Responsible to support the quality assurance initiatives in Insurance Operations including the monitor of periodic CDD review in a timely and professional manner
Support change initiatives and escalating concerns
Maintenance of broker customer list and generate risk rating using the approved risk rating tool in compliance with established standard
Handle periodic and event trigger CDD review including the preparation and screening during the client life cycle on non-bank customers and request up to date KYC information from customers
Monitor progress and customer response according to timeline
Providing general guidance and training to case managers on name screening and negative news search and help develop their skills
Analyse monthly MI report from bank channels and report statistics and status on customer profile changes and follow through
Escalate observation received and action on follow up items
Understanding and adhering to established policies and procedures
Ensuring the quality of tasks or services provided by colleagues, involving regular process checks or the reviewing of output in Insurance Operations team
Ensure both internal rules and external regulatory requirements are adhered to
Proven relevant experience in handling customer due diligence and KYC including screening on individuals, entities, trust and private investment vehicles with analytical skills on customer financial background is a must
Ability to manage pressure and stressful business demands
Teamwork, collaboration, responsiveness and demonstrate accountability and ownership
Ability to handle volume spikes and prioritize work including ad hoc request and projects to meet business demands in a timely manner
Proficient in word, excel, PowerPoint presentation
