We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Sales Quality.
Support the implementation of Global Minimum Standards Sales Quality principles and guidelines on a timely manner and ensure full adherence.
Ensure adequate resources are in place and resources are skilled and qualified to carry out their role.
Support all activities related to training and coaching to continuously improve the team's knowledge and work quality
Enhance the perception of the team by the provision of coaching and guidance.
Lead the quarterly reporting exercise to MAS regarding the Balance Scorecard Framework
Liaise with Wealth and Regulatory compliance to identify areas for thematic reviews. Ensure queries raised with or from the sales force are resolved satisfactorily
Provide technical support and guidance to teams
Review the findings of the Sales trades identified and give guidance or discuss with team members on irregularities identified
Lead the Root Cause analysis of the issues identified with the support of the team and ensure said commentary is relevant in line with the Group Guidelines
Deal with enquiries from the sales force, customers and third parties
Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Services products and regulations
Strong decision making
Communicate at all levels with confidence both written and verbal
Comprehensive knowledge & understanding of Sales Quality Standards, procedures and application in a holistic planning approach
Comprehensive knowledge of the BSC Framework
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise required
