We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as GTRF Implementation Manager .
Delivery of client implementation programs as part of end to end client execution and transaction fulfilment lifecycle
Lead implementation of operational plans and priorities to drive delivery of agreed client execution strategy, ensuring Regional requirements and variations in the business model are accurately accounted for in our client onboarding methodology
Leverage client feedback to shape client proposition and new product development activity
Oversee efficient completion of technical and operational onboarding activities for new to trade or new to bank clients
Ensure provision of transactional and channel support to clients, understanding their onboarding requirements, and ensuring their timely implementation within GTRF
Act as the senior implementation representative for regional deal teams, interacting with the client in presale, negotiation, and post sale activities
Management of complex and high profile onboarding programs
Build and manage relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders including Business Development, Relationship Management, Product and Proposition Management, Client Services, and Business Risk Control Management
Encourage and enable constructive cross country and cross business teamwork, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
Recommend improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise
Ensure adherence to recommendations by Credit and Risk, Know Your Customer procedures, and other GTRF guidelines
Relevant experience in transaction banking implementation and client servicing
Strong knowledge of trade finance with focus on underlying technology and implementation processes
Strong communication skills with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and work under time pressure
Negotiation and change management skills will be an advantage
