We are currently seeking a candidate to join our team in the role of Ultra High Net Worth Solutions, Singapore.
Work with Regional Head of Ultra High Net Worth Solutions (UHNW Solutions) and the Hong Kong team to deliver tailored and bespoke solutions to this important client segment
Develop and communicate the positioning of UHNW Solutions to win business and maximise the flow of revenue in Southeast Asia
Build close partnership with relationship managers and investment counsellors to deliver relevant investing, hedging, and financing ideas for our clients
Engage other product desks and support groups within the private bank to streamline the product development and approval process at the platform
Leverage the expertise and resources of our Global Markets division to build an innovative product suite to deliver to our UHNW clients
Assist with identifying and supporting appropriate transactions elsewhere in the GPB population base
Ensure adequate tracking and reporting of sales, oversee activity management
Evolve robust governance and risk management structures as appropriate
Be a self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive and win business in Southeast Asia
Have extensive structuring experience from other highly regarded investment banks or private banks
Proficient in building creative investment, hedging and financing ideas across asset classes
Able to strategise and prioritise work plans with strong business vision
Team player who is able to frequently exchange ideas with other team members and colleagues
Knowledgeable about business, regulatory and market issues, able to identify gaps in current policies and procedures
Decision maker, capable of providing judgment and clear direction within the established framework
Proven ability to manage and resolve conflict while striking the right balance between operational risks and business results
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
