We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate Director, eRisk Liqudity Management.
As electronic trading subject matter experts the eRisk Liquidity Management team works with the eRisk Quantitative Trading team,eDistribution, Sales and Clients to help grow the electronic foreign exchange business both in terms of revenue and volume.
Working with the eRisk Quantitative Trading team and Sales to ensure that HSBC faces its clients electronically via the most appropriate channel.
Assisting voice sales in the development of client relationships by providing product expertise, guidance and training.
Maximising market share and revenue with clients trading electronically through systematic analysis of performance through time and providing recommendations for parameter changes.
Converting clients from higher cost channels to lower cost channels, most preferably HSBCs single dealer platform, Evolve.
Working with Relationship Managers, Legal and Client documentation to resolve onboarding issues.
Experience in a similar role at a top tier Foreign Exchange bank.
Experience of coding in Python.
Motivated, self starter, capable of prioritising their own workload when faced with competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills.
Good team player.
Attention to detail.
Energetic and flexible.
Natural interest in technology.
Educated to degree level in a technical degree such as maths, physics or engineering, from a top tier university.
