We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Advance Team Head .
Responsible for providing sales and service leadership to the branch team with a focus on planning and formulating branch development activities.
Drive excellent sales performance for the branch and aggressively grow and strengthen branch market share of retail products, in particular, the Bank's investment and insurance related products.
Drive and expand customer relationships through consistent sales and servicing of personal and commercial financial service products.
Direct and control the operations and administration of the Branch to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
Develop a sales and service driven team in the Branch, in order to deliver quality customer service and proactively encourage referrals of the Group's products and services.
Retain customers by providing a one stop service within HBSC Group.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Relationship management experience with team leading exposure
Strong technical skills in wealth management
Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
Strong networking and portfolio management skills
Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
