We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Client Services.
Handle ad hoc client enquiries for existing and prospective clients
Close cooperation with Client Managers and Sales, as required in the completion of client related requests and enquiries, tailoring of presentations, client, market, sector analysis
Assist and support the team to ensure the successful launch of new product offerings as appropriate based on coverage
Assist in the preparation and development of ad hoc reports, working with Client Propositions, Product teams and Investment Writing teams to develop ad hoc reports and ensure delivery to appropriate clients
Assist in the on boarding process for clients
Customise client reports and presentations, where required
Assist in preparing meeting follow up
Support deal opportunities in the region
Communicate fund and market information to external clients, distribute daily fund prices and upload market commentary
Good interpersonal skills, both spoken and written
Strong analytical and technical skills
Past experience in client support role within an asset management business
Ability to have some understanding and awareness of investment products or capabilities
Strong interest in financial markets
Clear evidence and understanding of industry and market or client requirements
Evidence of ability to prioritize tasks when faced with competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and deadlines
Baseline investment knowledge and some experience in an investment management business and capability based role
Flexible, resourceful and ability to multi task
Language skills beneficial
IT and business systems knowledge and familiarity
