We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Client Operations.
Provide effective and professional support to the team in handling client operational matters
Deliver professional and efficient client operational support and service to distributors, clients and internal teams
Actively work with Client Directors and Client Services to accommodate client operation requests
Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery of information and service related to client operation matters
Act as key stakeholder in providing input on new process, new product and new operational flow
Continuously reassessing risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology
Ensuring all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring, addressing areas of concern in conjunction with Risk and relevant line colleagues, and also by ensuring that actions resulting from points raised by internal or external audits, and external regulators, are correctly implemented in a timely fashion
Solid years of experience in financial industry in client service or operational role
Good understanding of financial markets and investment products
Well developed communication skills including an ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
Process solid knowledge on fund, fund distribution and fund operations
Process strong written and oral communication skill in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and able to convey ideas in a clear and accurate manner
Be able to manage conflicting priorities based on resources available
Be able to spot irregularities and identify root cause
Process strong problem solving skills
Be able to work independently and under pressure
Provide ongoing process improvements to enhance client experience
Good team player and good attention to detail
