Join our Macquarie Capital division as we embark on investing in an exciting digital transformation that will ultimately transition all underlying core business technology from in-house systems to industry leading software-as-a-service solutions.
Reporting to the Program Manager, a newly created opportunity exists for you to join as a Junior Project Manager to provide support to the end-to-end delivery of activities across Salesforce within Macquarie Capital. In this role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
driving processes requiring multiple stakeholder coordination on behalf of the program, e.g. New Product Approval
planning and coordination of project tasks in the Data & Analytics stream to ensure that deadlines are met, stay on budget, and develop according to plan
day to day coordination of tasks in the broader project team
coordinating information required to start up new Salesforce project streams such as defining a project's scope and goals, and planning and scheduling project timelines. e.g. Marketing Cloud
program/project reporting and artefacts, e.g. status reports, budgets and risks and issues logs
This role will suit you, if you can bring circa 2 or 3 years of project coordination and project management skills, with prior experience within a large corporate environment. This is a great opportunity for you to work within an entrepreneurial and global provider of financial services. Your ability to communicate effectively, prioritise and manage stakeholder relationships will prove critical to success. Prior Salesforce experience is an advantage however is not essential.
