Take a lead role in identifying winning and advising on corporate finance mandates.
Assume a senior role in leading, motivating, and developing a team of people in order to maximise their own capability and that of the business.
By identifying, marketing and winning corporate finance mandates assist in maintaining our position as a leading Irish corporate finance house.
Manage relationships with existing clients and undertake a strategic role in building relationships with all potential clients and intermediaries,
Develop a strong level of awareness of service offering to key business units within the organisation, in particular, business banking, corporate banking and FSG, and build strong internal relationships.
Implement strategy, policies and business plan for Corporate Finance which focuses on identifying, targeting and attracting clients and transaction opportunities that would result in the acquisition of corporate finance mandates for our clients and enhance the relationship between us and our key corporate and business customers.
Manage the execution of all corporate finance advisory services on live mandates: Mergers, Acquisitions & Disposals; Equity Fundraisings and IPOs; Privatisations Leveraged Buyouts; Restructurings and Debt Advisory.
Network with key market participants including intermediaries, government and other institutions, private equity, stockbrokers, and Non-Executive Directors.
10 years of post-qualification relevant financial experience, including a minimum of 7 years corporate finance or related experience covering full spectrum of mandates; track record of advising C level executives in relation to large complex transactions.
The position holder will also have significant experience in a senior leadership role.
Relevant university and postgraduate qualification/membership of relevant professional body.
