To establish new customer relationships in order to generate new AUM and Gross Revenue

To provide full-service banking and all transactions to clients by the extension of credit and the marketing of HSBC services.
To provide the marketing and business development activities in a specific geographical area or market criteria using the full range of HSBC's products and services.

Establish inflows of net new money, grow revenue, achieving growth by leveraging brand, channels and RM network
Customers / Stakeholders
Has regular contact and meetings with prospects and clients
Ensures prospect's objectives are met through the right service
Identifies opportunities to meet needs of clients and who are seeking secured and unsecured loans for a variety of purposes
Identify event driven opportunities on an opportunistic basis, bringing in country expertise (Israel)
Provides support to the existing team and management
Ensures clients are aware of their level of risk
Follows-up portfolios on a regular basis and develops client's profitability
Answering all kind of requests from clients or provide documentation on client activities
Leadership & Teamwork
Lead by example through financial results with excellent corporate behaviour
Provide assistance to other Relationship Managers in the team and to management
Bring motivation and support to Team
Work closely with other Bank Departments. Establish and maintain networks for cooperation with other HSBC businesses.
Operational Effectiveness & Control
Works closely with other Bank Departments to maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
Ensures follow-up on all risk and compliance issues (such as CCR, KYC, Compliance requests, Risk Management requests, Internal Audit requests)
Minimize operational losses
Dealing in a changing and stringent regulatory environment in certain jurisdictions
Operating in a detailed KYC processing environment
Growing business and own client book in a competitive market place of Israel
Business vision, understanding of priorities, respect of procedures and legal environment
Compliance and risk awareness
Management and communication skills
Efficient partnership with management as well as other join-up business groups like representative office, Commercial bank or Global Banking department
Management of Risk
Keeps aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with the role and acts in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations
Understands, follows and demonstrates compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which one is involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including, inter alia, the Group Compliance policy
Observation of Internal Controls
Maintains HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Experience & Qualifications
At least 7 years of relationship management experience in the banking sector
Proven track record in asset acquisition, asset growth and revenue generation
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving
Ability to provide strong financial and portfolio analysis
Strong customer service focus
Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
Fluent in English; other languages like German, French or Hebrew would be an asset
Swiss residency mandatory
