Responsible for sending out regular and ad hoc fund/market updates
Sales contact for legal, operational and finance teams for all client requests and proactive planning
Liaising with Global Professional Client Services for strategic account planning and requests
Ensuring the setup of new clients, including distribution agreements and due diligence
Proactively conduct market research and analysis, to make recommendations to the MEA team on trends, client requests, success and any issues that need escalation
Project management for Request for Proposals (RFP) and Due Diligence Questionnaires
Content management of team access folders
Distribution list management
Ad hoc client queries
Exposure across both Retail & Institutional
Direct involvement in shaping strategy in new markets (Middle East, Israel & South Africa)
