We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Quality Development and Regulatory Reporting Manager.
Driving continuous improvement on the existing regulator reporting framework and be able to demonstrate its sustainability through effective controls and processes
Perform review and oversight to ensure that all regulatory returns are submitted to the authorities according to regulatory timeline and requirement
Acting as subject matter expert and participate in project workgroups for projects triggered by legislative amendment or ad hoc regulator requests
Build trusted based relationship within the team and relevant stakeholders including MPFA, Trustee, Compliance, Onshore and Offshore Operation Teams
Be prepared to coach junior staff, sharing best practices and providing clear direction or recommendation when needed
Monitoring the daily operations, team performance and ensure effective allocation of resources, driving individual staff and team performance through performance management and short, long term improvements initiatives
University Degree Holder
Relevant experience in a risk and control environment within a Bank or Financial Institution
Strong analytical and investigative skills are essential including advances skills in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
People management experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport with wide range of stakeholders
Be open-minded, willing to learn and strives for continuous improvement
