Job Description Role Summary
The candidate is accountable for leading a team to ensure regulatory reporting are complied with regulatory requirements and high quality and professional service is provided in daily operation. The senior manager also has to assist the team head in managing the team whenever needed.
Lead a team responsible for regulatory reporting and investigation.
Ensure regulatory reporting within responsible area are complied with regulatory requirements.
Ensure high quality and professional response is provided for regulator during daily operation.
Identify and recommend improvement actions to achieve better effectiveness and efficiency in responsible area.
Ensure assigned ad-hoc projects/initiatives are completed effectively and timely.
Maintain good working relationship with regulator
At least 8 years of experience in MPF industry
Proficiency in MPF legislations and regulations
People leadership experience preferred
Possess leadership skills; coaching and conflict management capabilities.
Ability to formulate and drive improvements in operational procedures.
Leads the focus on quality and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks to meet strict deadlines
Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
