YOUR IMPACT: We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment to join our Client Reporting team within SCS. In this capacity, you will help keep Alternative Investment and Mutual Fund product investors informed by developing and monitoring ongoing services related to investor communications. We value self-starters with a solution orientation, but still provide the support and resources to ensure your success.

Critical to the success of GSAM is our ability to leverage a global team of talented professionals to define solutions and lead change across the operational infrastructure. Client Reporting manages and coordinates the solicitation and fulfilment of Goldman Sachs regulatory materials, ad hoc investor mailings, statements, trade confirms, tax forms and letters. The team liaises with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Fund Services, Fund Controllers, and Technology, in addition to overseeing external Fund Administrator relationships that help support these functions.
Investors include International Private clients, Institutional clients, and clients through a Third Party distribution network. The products supported by SCS are; Direct Hedge Funds, Fund of Fund Hedge Funds, Exchange Funds, Principal Investment Funds, Private Equity Funds, and Real Estate Funds.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL: In this role, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee all vendors associated with investor correspondence
Develop strategy and recommendations on new media related opportunities and/or cost savings initiatives
Oversee and coordinates client correspondence
Maintain tracking files of mailing deliveries to ensure compliance with regulations
Coordinate year-end tax mailings
Participate in compliance/procedure updates, new product calls, prospectus reviews and industry related calls
Participate in the centralization and distribution of Alternative Investment mailings
Assist in oversight of vendor relationships (e.g. fund administrators, custodians)
Oversee and coordinate resolution of product servicing issues and errors
Improve internal controls over accounting and operational processes
Improve collection, dissemination and maintenance of product data attributes
Accurately maintain existing investor data
Accurately maintain product data in central repository
Monitor various control reports to maintain investor data integrity
Implement process improvement/enhancement
Lead ad hoc projects
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Basic Qualifications:
1+ years financial services experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize team responsibilities accordingly
Alternative investment experience preferred
