We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Implementation Manager .
Manages the Programme of Works and related reporting for Surveillance roll-out on Global, Regional and Local levels across the business, covering platform enhancements and trigger implementation
Prepares email communications, presentation, training materials or communication sessions for various stakeholders/audience, such as senior management teams, Commercial Banking frontlines, Product Partners, to ensure new initiatives are effectively communicated and publicized
Coordinates and cascades messages to Regional Surveillance Implementation teams
Ensures internal approval processes are followed and maintains logs or documentations to uphold robust internal governance
Incident Management, including communications to frontlines, for technical issues related to platform performance or trigger mechanisms
Champions internal operational risk management, including Data Sharing approvals, Business Impact Assessment and Business Continuity Plans
University degree in business or related discipline
Good knowledge of Commercial Banking products and operations
Sound understanding of Business Financial Crime Risk within the Commercial Banking context
Highly organized with good project management skills. Experience in using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project are not required but would be a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of hosting meetings and delivering effective presentations independently
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
Fluent written and spoken English. Other language skills would be an advantage
