We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Policy Servicing.
Support day to day activities within Policy Servicing Department and deliver within stipulated service level agreements
Perform payment requisition and obtain approval of daily payment listing prior issuance of payments
Vet letters and sign endorsements
Prepare manual letters
Assist to oversee and manage the offshore processing team and ensure smooth operations of the team
Perform audit check on policy servicing transactions and escalate erroneous transaction processing
Handle emails and enquiries from processing team
Update Standard Operating Procedure and assist in training and coaching the processing team
Assist to perform system testing for defects and enhancements
Provide administrative support and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead
Degree in Insurance, Business or equivalent professional qualifications
Considerable relevant experience in administrative duties preferably in an insurance or financial sector
Good time management, task and result-oriented. Able to perform duties with accuracy and deliver quality work within service level agreement's
Proactive, strong team spirit and a team player
A person who is keen to learn with positive work attitude
