Job Description Role Summary:
Support the Company and DBS T&D in achieving insurance business targets for designated branches / district;
Co-work with corresponding DFPM of DBS T&D, and act as a key business driver by assisting DBS T&D sales staff to understand the Company's products, selling proposition, latest marketing campaigns etc.;
Facilitate communication between DBS T&D sales staff and various operation functions of the Company (e.g. New Business, Compliance), so as to ensure smooth issuance of new business application.
Build up and maintain good relationship and rapport with DBS T&D sales staff in designated branches / district to achieve the insurance sales target;
Work with branch manager to formulate business strategy tailored for the designated branches;
Provide ongoing briefing to DBS T&D frontline staff, including product, selling proposition, best practice, market updates etc., so as to create more awareness of insurance and encourage more insurance referrals;
Work with DFPM to provide coaching to FPM on insurance selling skills, such as objection handling, digging out customers' needs etc.;
Work with RM and FPM on pre-case / pre-underwriting for potential jumbo deal;
Provide support on insurance application processing, ensure smooth communication between New Business / Compliance and DBS sales staff on underwriting follow up;
Monitor sales momentum in designated branches / district, and coordinate review meetings between the Company and DBS to review the performance.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or equivalent;
5 years+ retail insurance distribution experience required, experience in Bancassurance will be a plus.
Insurance product knowledge, and good understanding of HK Bancassurance Market and banking operation;
Good presentation, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
Outgoing, customer focus and result-oriented;
Good command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written;
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
