Productivity & Quality Management (PQM) is to support the strategic objectives and plans set forth by the management of Asia & Oceania Administration Department.
PQM is responsible for planning, promoting and coordinating activities necessary to maintain and improve the quality of Mizuho's operational infrastructures. Its primary focus is on productivity gain projects and innovation, to review new initiatives, to identify operations key risks, improve service quality and to perform regulatory reporting.
PQM comprises the 'Productivity Management Team' and 'Quality Management Team'.

Job Responsibilities Your key roles & responsibilities include:
Able to develop and maintain applicable operations risk frameworks.
Understands Operations Procedures and able to align these with regulators requirements.
Has an understanding of MAS requirements and Japanese law would be an advantage.
Experience in coordinating a Risk Committee forum to provide key risk updates to senior management.
Experience in conducting Control Self-Assessment and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) assessment.
Able to perform root cause and trend analysis on Incident/Operational Error.
Able to conduct and analyze transactional volume statistics for risk monitoring purposes
Has experience in conducting training on operations risk related matters.
Able to run various ad-hoc risk-related projects.
Job Requirements What you should have:
Graduate or Postgraduate degree holder
4 to 6 years of working experience of which at least 2 years in Operational Risk Management.
Corporate banking knowledge is a plus.
