Role Summary: You will be responsible for Leading the Business Development across Private Banking in Asset Wealth Management at QNB, Doha. Using your experience, you will be entrusted with designing and developing strategic business development plans, reviewing existing approaches to Private Banking-Wealth Management, product platforms, fee structures and supervise the Product Development for Private Banking-Wealth Management. In additional you will be engaging in Marketing strategies for Investment Products, Services, branding, quality and compliance, with the overall focus of generating revenues across the services to meet the business targets.
Identify new business opportunities for Private Banking-Wealth Management by segmenting client classes and products in complete alignment with the business strategy.
Design, proposes and present strategic and business development plans.
Manage the implementation of the strategy and business plan to achieve the set volume, revenue, and profit targets.
Conduct reviews for product performance and address obstacles to optimize efficiency and rectify any identified gaps.
Ensure that KPIs are achieved. Review and amend KPIs in performance monitoring, quality measurement and monitor their achievements on periodic basis.
Focuses on continuous enhancement of the brand of Private Banking-Wealth Management locally and abroad.
Coach Private Bankers RMs to provide proficient sales activities/techniques.
Lead enterprise-level Business development opportunities.
Coordinate with Asset Manager Heads, QNB First and Branches for the optimal utilization of the identified distribution channels for the achievement of business plans.
Ensures compliance with the policies & procedures pertaining to product/business development circulated by regulators (viz. Qatar Central Bank as well as other regulators in the jurisdictions in which the Group operates).
Work with Product Development Manager to develop Products, i.e. Assets Management and Corporate.
Manage the Product Development in conjunction with marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
University Graduate with at least 10 years of experience in Private Banking.
Previous experience in product design and private banking-wealth management strategies.
Excellent Communication Skills and fluency in English with Arabic is essential.
Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and revenue-generating skills.
Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
Excellent Interpersonal and Presentation skills.
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
