The Business Join NatWest Markets in London as a Stress Testing Delivery Associate
Joining us in the agile and fast paced role, you'll undertake vital stress testing, and play a direct role in the allocation of scarce resources to deliver the NatWest Markets business plan
You'll clearly communicate the results of stress testing to key internal and external stakeholders, and provide clarity on key assumptions
This role is available at associate level
What you'll do
We'll look to you to coordinate the production of individual components of the stress testing process, driving the delivery of reliable results. You'll coordinate the production of ICAAP/9+3 stress tests, and collate assumptions and outputs, bringing together the results into a single source of data.
You'll also be responsible for:
Consolidating stress testing information for senior managers, and presenting key themes and messages in monthly reports
Implementing a flexible storage solution to collate monthly stress testing results, allowing drill down and analysis, and ensuring appropriate control over the data
Identifying and mitigating any potential risks
The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with experience of successful change or project delivery, ideally using agile methodology. You'll be familiar with RAID logs, the RACI matrix, and visual tools to show project progress. Along with experience of risk management or stress testing, you'll be proficient with reporting to stakeholders at all levels.
As well as this, you'll demonstrate:
A general understanding of investment banking and trading, and related risks
Proficiency with PowerPoint and think-cell
The ability to convert technical and complex outputs into clear messages and explanations
