We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Division Head Business Management, Insurance and Investment .
Develop close and effective working relationships with product partners, Investment and Insurance sales team, Investment and Insurance proposition team, Commercial Banking colleagues in Business Banking and Corporate and all other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication of sales strategy, objectives and other business priorities to wider Commercial Investment and Insurance population
Act as the Head of Business Management and lead the team to support in the development and implementation of Investment and Insurance business program in both Business Banking and Corporate segments.
Support Country Head of Investment and Insurance in the development and implementation of Investment and Insurance business program in both Business Banking and Corporate segments.
Ensure overarching Group strategic objectives are turned into relevant plans, objectives and measures for the Business
Support the efficient business management of Investment and Insurance
Implement country specific and Global Commercial Banking Investment and Insurance initiatives to support Global Investment and Insurance growth strategy.
Support implementation of systems and tools, and coordinate activities, programmes and campaign in the segment
Drive the effective use of customer insight to build a better understanding of client needs and to expand the market coverage and deepen existing relationships.
Continually stay aware of the market practice by understanding key competitors and market trends to make sure HSBC remains competitive, and ahead of the competition
Ensure effective sharing of information and best practices across the Business and with key stakeholders
University Degree holder
Extensive years of working experience in business management or related areas
Knowledge and experience in financial analysis and reporting or portfolio analysis
Possess relevant professional qualifications within Insurance and Investment
Team player with good advisory and communication skills
A self starter with lateral thinking, capable of multi tasking, effective problem solving and project management skills
Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills and problem solving skills
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, highly motivated
Fluent in Cantonese and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Read and Write in English and Chinese
