HMC has been investing in European commercial real estate since 1998 and currently manages four Pan-European value-add real estate funds. Our very successful European real estate team is based in London with offices in Madrid and Paris.
We are looking for an exceptional Asset Manager to join our group as we continue our European expansion.
Your role will be to:
Responsibility for the day-to-day management of portfolios, including performance management and reporting, assisting the development of business plans, modelling responsibility and ensuring compliance with debt financing.
Modelling: Ensure proper modelling of allocated portfolios, including developing new transaction models and maintaining and enhancing existing models.
Asset Management duties, to include working with the funds operating partners, property managers, and the London asset management team.
Help to devise and execute strategy; hold/sell analysis, budget and business plan forecasting.
Participate in meetings with real estate specialists to assist in formulating asset-specific business plans.
Assist where necessary with on-going asset management initiatives and investor reporting requirements.
Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within a Fund, Property company or advisor.
Analytical and financial modelling skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals.
Motivated individual with a proven ability to work to the highest standards in both a team and independently.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
