A New York City-based hedge fund is seeking an Executive Assistant to work in their highly collaborative work environment. The Executive Assistant will be working at an organization that specializes in technological methods, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and trading strategies.
The Executive Assistant's Responsibilities will include:
Monitor and adjust manager's calendars and schedules as needed
Coordinate with other Executive Assistant's and team members in their department
Liaise between direct managers and internal and external parties for meetings and conference coordination
Research, book, and coordinate travel for managers- ensuring travel documents, itineraries, and calendars are scheduled
Process and track all expense reports for managers
Able to support up to five Managing Directors at one time
Prepare materials and documents for meetings
Provided ad hoc administrative support to each manager as needed
Bachelor's Degree is required for this role
At least 8-10 years of administrative/executive support
Experience working at a top financial services, business services, or technology
Interested in pursuing a career as an Executive Assistant
Proven experience managing complex calendars and support multiple executives
Excellent time management and follow-up skills
Self-starter and proactive able to be a decision market without direction
Able to work independently and autonomously
Must be immediately available and flexible to begin
