We're looking for someone with these qualities who can:
Be the primary point of contact and main focal point for all Administration functions for Clients of the Equity Plan Administration Services (EPAS) platform.
Partner with your counterpart at the Corporate Client to successfully lead all plan administration efforts.
Be able to delineate, explain, and show the practical applications of file layouts and existing procedures.
Be the owner of the books and records of the Corporate Plan providing timely reports and respond to inquiries from the Corporate Client.
Primary day-to-day contact for the corporate client.
Maintain corporate client databases, process updates as needed, monitor incoming file feeds, and provide reporting as needed.
Responsible for all aspects of client events including but not limited to Restricted Stock Releases, Employee Stock Purchases, and corporate actions.
Share 'Best Practices' with clients.
Collaborate with internal partners on inquiries and corrections.
Review processes and procedures to identify streamlining opportunities.
Adhere to audit processes in order to remain compliant with SSAE16.
Your team You'll be working with in the EPAS Client Delivery Plan Administration Team. Our only focus is assuring client satisfaction for services that they typically once did themselves, but have trusted us to take on in an out-sourced relationship. Our objective is high satisfaction marks from our Corporate Client with minimal risk and mistakes.
