The candidate will be responsible for leading a broad set of activities across investment, business development, client service as well as strategy/product design and implementation.
He/she will integrate with investment and research team and assists PMs to conduct some research mainly from global comparison perspective.
The position holder will conduct comprehensive market research, financial analysis on companies, investment strategies and products.
He/she will also be the major interface person with our institutional clients, frequently participate in roadshow with Sales team globally on behalf of investment team.
In fulfilling his/her tasks the position holder will be acting as a point of contact between clients, the investment team etc.
This will require developing a broad understanding of ChinaAMC's business, our investment strategies and process, portfolios, industries etc.
Master degree (or above) from well-established university; oversea education preferred;
Previous relevant experience in global investment banks or fund houses as analyst, investment experience with solid track records and/or client-facing positions in the asset management industry, overseas work experience preferred;
Comprehensive knowledge about global and China capital market and best practices
Familiar with secondary capital market, both domestic and overseas;
Fluency in English including polished written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of portfolio management and views etc.
Integrity, flexibility, down to earth, and good teamwork spirit
Strong relationship management skills with a consultative sales approach
Willingness to travel aboard frequently
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit and is willing to assume additional responsibilities
Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills and familiar with tools such as Bloomberg, Wind etc
