Job summary/Job purpose: Responsible for the credit operations for all business lines
Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
Review facility letter CP documents and credit file before limit setting. CP includes collateral and securities.
Review Risk approval condition to make sure obtain completed CP documents.
Validate collateral and securities include but not limited to Corporate Guarantee, Personal Guarantee, SBLC, LOC/LOA/LOU, cash pledge, ect..
Expire collateral and securities monitor, Foreign exchange collateral and security monitor.
Limit management includes limit set up, limit adjustment, limit deletion.
Coordinate different parties ( Front line, Legal, CCG, RISK, Compliance) to provide solution for clients' special requirement.
Support FO (Loan and Trade business line) to produce facility letters.
Review Risk approval documents and find correct information should be put into facility letter.
Coordinate different parties ( Front line, Legal, CCG, RISK, Compliance) to get final agreement for the facility letter wording to satisfy RISK approval conditions, regulatory requirement, bank's internal control, ect.
Negotiate with different parties ( Front line, Legal, CCG, RISK, Compliance) to protect operational standard.
Correctly make all parties requirement into facility letter.
Identity improper clause in facility letter, and have positive recommendation to Legal of facility letter format updating at least once a year.
To process the proper reporting:
Reporting in the different systems (PBOC, SAFE,CBRC)
Prepare data and documents in internal audit or external inspection To ensure the proper funding in collaboration with the centralized treasury To assist the Risk division for the commitment portfolio provisioning
To apply the Risk downgrading/upgrading decisions on commitments portfolio and related booking Have strong contribution to bank's project of system enhancement, new system set up, etc.
