As a Private Banker you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, establishing a deep understanding of their goals and aspirations for wealth creation. Working closely with product specialists, you will provide holistic solutions to clients to ensure their financial and investment objectives are met.
Business development and ongoing relationship within the private banking environment on the defined region.
Build high-impact network with intermediaries related to the target market.
Detect client needs and provide proactive, integrated and customized advice, and create and implement planning strategies to help clients achieve their financial, legal, tax and personal goals thought the appropriate products and services.
Certify that client instructions are well accomplished in order to pledge a high level of service.
Organize and coordinate key-actions at client's events in order to acquire new business.
Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of developments and trends in financial markets, incorporating this approach into the bank's investment strategy.
Desired skills and qualifications:
Master's Degree or higher in Finance, Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
Highly proficient at profiling and identifying a strong network of HNWI/UHNWI and financial intermediaries in the target region.
Excellent knowledge of tax and financial planning.
Very good understanding of the typically products and services demand by HNWI/UHNWI.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management and teaming skills.
Desire to work for a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High awareness of integrity and ethics.
It is essential to have an excellent level of English and Dutch.
