Telephone support for private customers
Online and mobile banking assistance, initial registration and application support
Collaboration within a multilingual and energetic team
Customer service experience, including call center preferred but not essential
Openness and ability to learn new processes and programs quickly
Outstanding communication skills, fluency in German, French and English/Italian
Team orientated attitude and strong attention to detail needed
