Our Legal and Business Administration, a member of our Asia & Oceania Administration Department, consists of two teams – the Legal team and the Business Administration team. The functions of the Legal team are to provide, in general, legal support to the bank in terms of any legal needs of the business lines. The functions of the Business Administration team are, in general, to provide general documentation and registration support in terms of the setting up and maintenance of credit lines and customer accounts.

Job Responsibilities Your key roles & responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to the Bank in respect of the receipt, docking in and safekeeping of critical documents
Scanning and creation of a centralised index of critical documents to enable the Bank's staff to view such documents electronically
Maintenance and update of the centralised index on a day-to-day basis, or as and when required
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements What you should have:
At least a GCE 'A' Level / Diploma in Banking & Finance
Relevant experience working in a bank is preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point is essential
Organised and meticulous with good interpersonal and team player skills
Able to handle and sort out large volumes of documents in an efficient manner
