We specialise in foreign exchange, credits and rates, structured derivatives, equities and debt, equity and equity-linked capital markets.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Global Markets Equities Sales Desk Assistant.
Effectively manage incoming calls, emails and mail, and action critical items in an efficient and timely manner
Provide office management and administrative support to Hong Kong team
Provide support to Business management team for on boarding new joiner or leaver, updating org chart for Asia Pacific
Arrange travel, including visas, accommodation and flight bookings as necessary
Perform room booking and facilities setup as well as arranging for meetings, access and workstation setup for visiting guests
Handle various setup tasks for new staff and leavers
Provide central support on invoice payments and reimbursements
Order stationery and equipment
Coordinate and support premises planning and moves
Arrange regular workshops, team building events and town hall
Participate in ad hoc projects as required by the Team Heads
Previous experience working in administrative support
Good Microsoft Office skills
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sound organisational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Good level of attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, as well as maintain confidentiality and show initiative when needed
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and quality delivery within tight timescales
