Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Digital Strategic and Organisational Alignment Manager ASP .
Responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment strategy in Asia to ensure it meets the local and global Digital plans
Partner up with digital leaders in HSBC Digital Solutions, Digital as a Channel and Digitally Led Propositions to understand the business and talent priorities and ensure a talent pipeline framework is delivered.
Responsible for evolving the recruiting function and help to meet the needs of the fast-growing nature of digital.
Develop and execute on talent strategies with an emphasis on providing excellent candidate and internal customer experience, meeting diversity needs and driving our employee brand in the talent marketplace
Participate and support on some Digital People Agenda initiatives spanning Talent and Career Development, Fulfilling Our Potential and Culture and Working Environment.
Drive, implement, lead and take on different projects from time to time
Bachelor's degree in business or human resources is preferable
Solid background in recruitment and a strong subject matter expertise in talent attraction methodologies..
A combination of agency and in-house experience is preferable.
Extensive experience in team build-out in a large complex and global organisation is required with a specific focus on digital and technology.
Significant experience working in a high pressure, changing organizational environment, with clear evidence of success achieving results
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a proved track record of building effective partnerships with sound judgment and decision making abilities
A solutions-focused mindset and ability to work in an environment which demands the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
Demonstrates flexibly when addressing shifting or competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Energetic, positive attitude and team player, with a strong appreciation of different cultures
