The incumbent is responsible for the coordination and implementation of marketing programs developed by Private Wealth Management Marketing. He/She plans and attends special events (seminars, receptions) and client programs (individual or firm presentations) and may attend community functions on behalf of PWM. He/She manages Sales Assistants, Sales Associates and Sales Analysts in larger regional offices. Will be responsible for the management of quality business processes; includes development of performance metrics and reporting standards for the sales support team. This individual will ensures the consistent high quality and compliant production of new account documentations as well as presentations to clients throughout the Region. Manages sales campaigns and initiatives across the WM organization; requires strong project management and communication skills. Prepares the marketing budget for the Region, maintains various records and provides data and management reports to various departments. Incumbent provides support for internal channel marketing within the region and is responsible for the centralized coordination of analysis and new account processing for all sales offices in the Region. The incumbent promotes best practices through technology tools across the sales team. Incumbent serves as a common point of interface and liaison for sales and services to insure new accounts are processed timely and documented correctly and completely. Prepares and manages revenue reports, expense reports, pipeline reports and monthly forecasting. This includes tracking sales activities for Sales Directors. Manages and coordinates ad hoc projects delegated by National Sales Director.
Qualifications He/She will have a BA/BS in business or related discipline (or related experience). 5 years of financial industry experience with direct knowledge of business lines to be supported, with 5 years management experience. Strong analytical and communication (oral/written) skills. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills. Must be proficient in STARR, and Microsoft Office products. Salesforce and other CRM experience are a plus.
