You'll have the chance to work in a project based environment – this means you can work on anything from hardware solutions, research work, to Machine Learning projects (they don't segregate work by teams like a lot of funds do). Your work will have an impact on the rest of the team.
Examples of the opportunities you will have within the role are:
Design extremely high-performance, highly-reliable and finely-tuned programs, implemented in Python/Cython and C++.
Design and implement the full stack of trading infrastructure.
Develop trading strategies using statistical and ML approaches.
Develop ways to automatically and intelligently trade multiple asset classes globally.
Work on complex computational and data-related problems and implement efficient and innovative solutions.
Significant programming experience
Genuine passion for solving complex problems through programming
Experience with data structures and algorithms
Strong knowledge of C++ and Python
Proficient on Linux platforms with knowledge of various scripting languages.
Strong communication skills
Minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree in a numerate discipline from a top-tier university
