The individual in this role is responsible for developing and maintaining Citi Branded Cards Risk and Fraud business logic in FICO Blaze Advisor. This includes solution design, coding, testing, implementation and analysis of results.

Job Description:
Perform technical design, development, modification, and implementation of Business Rules
Ensure testing, validation, coding, and documentation adhere to Citi standards and meet all requirements relative to this job function
Coordinate with Fraud, Policy team to develop new strategies
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causality and work with multiple Citi IT teams to deploy solutions.
Document design decisions, adhering to existing process guidelines, and develop software components
Provide support to business analysts for monitoring of rule outcomes and other ad hoc reporting
Manage coding workflows and design for both Citi and Vendor resources
Bachelor's Degree required in computer science, engineering, mathematics or analytically focused discipline
5+ years in related work experience or other systems and analytical capacity.
3+ years of experience with Credit Decisioning Software Application (such as SAS Fraud Management, FICO DMP, FICO Blaze Advisor). Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into decisioning rules with focus on reusability.
2+ years programming experience in SQL. Proficiency in SAS and Linux system is a must. Knowledge of R or Python a plus. Proficiency with MS Office suite.
Coding efficiency ability to streamline code with a "simple" is better methodology, drive an efficient code base that will minimize defects, coder training.
Ability to think analytically and strategically while being able to see the "big picture". Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate business needs into system/process designs; comfortable presenting to peers and management
Ability to identify and evaluate opportunities for efficient and effective testing and validation processes
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, extremely detail-oriented and possessing intellectual curiosity
Ability to multi-task and work against tight deadlines
Ability to work independently with only baseline instructions/guidelines from management
Experience managing and coordinating a vendor is a plus
