The Digital Marketing and Channels (DMC) organization is the group inside CRS that is driving this sea change and creating opportunities to take the Cards business to the next level. We are a B2B2C group that provides digital acquisition, servicing and marketing for all our retail credit products. DMC teams support the entire North America consumer and commercial Retail Services portfolio of 30+ retail and fuels partners that include retailers like Macys, The Home Depot & Best Buy, among others. The primary responsibility of the Digital Engagement Marketing Manager is to identify and lead marketing initiatives driving digital adoption and engagement, leveraging best practices and partnering with key internal groups such as CMOs, Partner Management, Decision Management, Channel Marketing and Operation teams. As such, this person will need to exhibit strong influencing skills, communications capabilities, and the ability to identify and synthesize key opportunities and challenges.
A successful Digital Engagement Marketing Manager will possess the following:

Primary Responsibilities & Focus
Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar of efforts to drive digital adoption and engagement, ensuring timely execution based on the calendar
Responsible for the development and flawless execution of cross channel marketing campaigns (website, mobile, email, offline, etc.) to drive digital adoption and engagement of our card members
Identify optimal marketing and test strategies, leveraging customer research and cost / benefit analysis
Ensure all required procedures, approvals and campaign requirements are closely followed and maintain throughout the execution of marketing campaigns and efforts.
Ownership and accountability of key performance metrics; develop and publish campaign and channel performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize existing campaigns
Leverage competitive intelligence and industry best practices to drive future digital engagement strategies and campaigns
Partner with the Digital Product Development team to identify marketing tools and enhancements as well as influence the customer experience to increase online engagement
Build relationships with CRS Operations team and counterparts in the Global Consumer Bank to align on digital engagement efforts and cross business learnings
Bachelor's degree required
2 - 5 years of relevant of marketing and /or digital marketing experience
Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
Analytical, strategic, curious and have the ability to draw conclusions from data / information gathered
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail is crucial for success
Excels at multi-tasking with comparable time management skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive for results with a high sense of urgency
Must be flexible and able to handle changes in priorities
Must have an ability to work well within a team-oriented and matrix environment
