Responsibilities: - Build and supervise a team of relationship managers to provide professional wealth management services to high-net-worth clients - Formulate and implement business development plans in order to grow client base and AUM, and drive revenue - Recruit experienced relationship managers to build a high performing sales team - Liaise with business partners in order to acquire favorable business terms - Maintain professional and harmonious relationships with business partners in order to ensure smooth cooperation - Perform other sales management functions such as training, motivation, and performance appraisals, etc. - Ensure the conduction of business complies with all regulatory requirements and internal policies - Maintain good relationships with client and handle complaints whenever necessary
Requirement: - Qualified for responsible officer for SFC regulated activities type 1, 4 and 9. - Minimum 7 -10 years' experience in private bank / securities firm, and at least 5 years working experience in a sales management position - Familiar with various investment products, especially equities and bonds - Good command of spoken Putonghua and Cantonese; proficiency in English is an advantage. - Excellent leadership to drive team members - Proven sales track record and stable job histories
