3-6 years Accounting or Finance experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA from Big-4 public accounting firm
Progress towards completing an MBA or CFA preferred
Strong working knowledge US GAAP and IFRS
Background in audit (internal or external), SOX testing
Proven experience in developing strong working relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
Ability to work well with others, including team members and peers as well as work effectively and confidently with senior leaders of the organization
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and across multiple locations
Strong attention to detail
Creative problem solving ability and ability to use own initiative and take responsibility for decisions
Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with all levels
Knowledge of NetSuite ERP, OpenAir PSA and Adaptive Planning
IT Consulting or experience in project based environment
Review and/or prepare daily bank account reconciliations.
Prepare and process general ledger journal entries.
Maintain the fixed asset subledger and related transactional accounting
Maintain general ledger, including preparation and update of system generated reports and statements.
Prepare financial work papers including, but not limited to, portfolio schedules, accrual work papers and partners' capital allocations and capital statements.
Own the company's financial forecasting model, regularly updating all key inputs and monitoring/presenting all key outputs for various stakeholders
Assist in the monthly budget variance analysis and the quarterly and annual budgeting process
Develop and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages to be presented to senior management, investors and lenders
Provide analytical support to evaluate strategic initiatives, special projects and key business opportunities
Working with Senior Finance Managers, Directors and VP's on projects to enhance the product of the team, department and firm.
